SecValley is an independent software vendor. No Certification, Accreditation, or Attestation
SecValley is not certified, accredited, audited, or endorsed by any standards body, regulator, or trademark holder named on this site, except where expressly stated in writing and verifiable through the relevant body's official directory. No output, report, dashboard, or document produced by SecValley constitutes a formal certification, accreditation, attestation, audit opinion, or compliance determination under any framework, benchmark, statute, or regulation. Compliance determinations are made solely by customers and their qualified advisors, auditors, and counsel based on the totality of their environment and applicable legal obligations.

Logos and Visual Assets
SecValley does not display third-party logos, badges, icons, or branded visual designs on this site except as permitted by each trademark owner's published brand guidelines. Reporting Trademark Concerns

SecValley will acknowledge receipt within fifteen (15) business days and respond in good faith. Nothing in this notice waives any defense available to SecValley, including nominative fair use, descriptive fair use, or any other defense recognized under applicable trademark or constitutional law.
No Admission; Reservation of Rights
Nothing in this notice constitutes an admission of infringement, dilution, or any other claim, or a waiver of any right or defense available to SecValley. SecValley expressly reserves all rights, claims, and defenses available to it under applicable law.
Governing Law
This trademark notice and any dispute arising from or related to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

SecValley may update this trademark notice from time to time to reflect new product references, additional third-party marks, or changes in the applicable trademark holders' branding. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this notice was most recently revised.
